That is a bright room with a big window and two curtains(one of that is Electric shutters). it has its own bath and shower and every required facilities are in the room, a big table, chair, bed, a dresser, big mirror, carpet, vacuum cleaner as well as a small refrigerator (you have also access to another fridge in the kitchen). in the kitchen you have 2 commodes and one drawer and you can also have some shared dishes, pots, glasses,...I will also leave some of my stuff here. the deposit is 500€ which I would give you back at the end of the contract. The deposit is for ensuring that you keep the room and its equipment and furniture clean and healthy, that is very important for me that you would not destroy my personal stuffs and keep everything include carpet clean).
It is located in a really clean and quiet apartment. It is totally near to the U-bahn (3-5 min by foot). there are also some bus-stations closed to it. penny is in front of the building. Tengelman and Rewe are also near (about 8-10 min by foot). there are also 2 pharmacies(Apotheke) , some stores, Post bank, Sparkasse and one branch of Deutsch bank. if you are interested there is a great women gym and one other sport center(6-7 min by foot). It is also in a quiet and green place.
what I expect you is to keep the room clean and be quiet and care about neighbors ( do not make noise and invite quests specially after 10pm...). you should also be careful about the stuffs and appliances in room and kitchen i,e. you should not bring your shoes to the room and do not walk with shoes on carpet. also keep the room and kitchen clean and do not hand in or use my cloths and documents in the room.. the monthly rent is 320, every thing (internet, electricity and water rent...are included in the price). 500 € is for deposit which will be refundable. for more information send me an email to:
