Apartment in bester Lage, Central Station

Hallo liebe Zwischenmietesuchende,

Meine Freundin und ich sind von Ende August bis Ende September unterwegs und würden gerne in der Zeit unsere möblierte Wohnung untervermieten.
Die 1 Zimmer Wohnung verfügt über einen kleinen Vorraum, in dem man Schuhe und Jacken abstellen kann und einen großen Raum mit einer Küchenecke! Die Küchenecke ist mit eine Herdplatte, Ofen, Toaster und Kühlschrank/Tiefkühle ausgestattet. Eine Spülmaschine haben wir leider nicht.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ist natürlich möbliert. Ihr findet ein Bett vor und einen rustikalen Esstisch der für bis zu 4 Personen geeignet ist. Außerdem natürlich noch ein Regal und einen Kleiderständer. Ebenso gibt es natürlich Internet und einen Fernseher mit den normalen Kanälen. Falls es noch irgendwelcher Besonderheiten benötigt, kann man das natürlich noch absprechen!

Wichtig ist noch, dass die Wohnung eine absolute Nichtraucherwohnung ist und wir bitten dies auch genauso beizubehalten!

Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche, einem Waschbecken, einer Toilette und eine Waschmaschine ausgestattet.

Leider können wir im Moment gerade keine Bilder auf Grund von Umräumungsaktion reinstellen, aber bei Interesse lassen wir euch gerne auch ein paar Bilder zukommen!

Hello Everyone,

My Girlfriend and me are going to be travelling from the end of August till the end of September and we would like to put our furnished apartment for rent at that time.
The 1 Room Apartment has a small room, when you enter the apartment, for shoes, jackets an so on. In the big Room there is a kitchen corner with a stove, fridge/freezer, toaster and so.
The Apartment is furnished with a bed, a wooden table and some storage for your clothes. There will also be Wireless Internet connection and a TV with the common channels. If there are any other needs, we are always happy to help you out as far as we can!

It is very important to us, that this Apartment is a non-smoking Apartment and will stay this way during your stay as well!

There is a shower cabin, one sink, a toilette and a washing machine in the bathroom, which you can use of course.

Unfortunately we are packing our stuff at the moment. So we are not able to upload any nice pictures of our flat, but if you are interested we might be able to send you a few pictures, so you will get an idea of the apartment.
