As I have rented my apartment a few times and get so many responses from people who do not read the ad please put LARGE STUDIO in the subject line of the response so I know you read it. Please reply in English.
I study at LMU and have to go on a two month intercultural project. The apartment is available from March 1 and can be rented until April 15. The rent is 1000 a month so 1500 total.
The apartment is large and fully furnished. It has a separate large kitchen and bathroom and includes a dishwasher, washer, dryer and a nice TV.
The apartment is an 8 min walk from both Marienplatz and Sendlinger Tor. Fraunhoferstrasse is the closest Ubhan and is a two min walk away. You can see Gartnerplatz from the window and the Isar is two minutes away.
It is suitable for one person or a couple. If a couple rent it it will be a little more expensive as I pay for the utilities. We can discuss a deposit in person.
