I offer my beautiful apartment in Maxvorstadt central Munich from July 24-August 16. (minimum renting period is one week). It's 46m2 with a nice new separate kitchen with dining table, a large bathroom, a large storage room which I built into a walk-in closet, a spacious main room and a south facing balcony.
Located in central Munich Maxvorstadt near TU, Lenbachhaus, Pinakotech and the most dynamic region, the apartment is located inside Gabelsbergerhof with a large courtyard, perfectly quiet. The apartment is newly furnished all by myself (including the kitchen). The kitchen is cozy and highly functional with oven, stove, a nice dining table for two, and own washing machine. The living/bedroom has a large double bed and a sofa with is convertible into a large double bed. Though there is no TV, I have a beamer (projector) so that you can watch movie with a 200 inch screen~~
There is also a set of electrical drums and a guitar in the room for music lovers (I can put them away upon request). 6m2 large bathroom with bathtub, and 7m2 large south-facing balcony with comfortable armchairs.

3min from U2 Theresienstrasse or U1 Stiglmaierplatz. 10min walk from Central Station Hbf.

Highest speed wifi, and I can provide new beddings.
