Hallo Leute,

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung ab dem 1.03. bis einschließlich 15.06.20, zur Zwischenmiete. (ohne Anmeldung)
Die Wohnung liegt in Maxvorstadt ca. 3 Gehminuten von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Theresienstraße entfernt.
Da die TUM und auch die FH (Campus Lothstraße) in nur 5-10 Gehminuten zu erreichen sind, bietet es sich perfekt für Studenten an.
An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man alles was man braucht - Lidl, Rewe, Netto, Dm, Rossmann, Bäcker, etc. befinden sich quasi um die Ecke.
Ebenso eine große Anzahl an Restaurants, Cafes und Bars.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Bad, einer kleinen Küche, und einem hellen Schlafzimmer. (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen)
Das Bett (1,40 x 2,00m), Kleiderstange, Schreibtisch, Schränke, sowie alle essentiellen Dinge wie z.B. Töpfe, Besteck, etc. bleiben auch in der Wohnung, was euch das umziehen wesentlich erleichtern sollte.
Auch wenn es sich hier um keine Luxussuite handelt, sind Preis und Lage unschlagbar.

I will be renting my room from 1.03. – 15.06.20. (no registration at KVR)
The flat is located in Maxvorstadt, about 3 minutes walking distance away from the subway station Theresienstraße.
As the TUM and the FH (Campus Lothstraße) are only 5- 10 minutes walking distance away it’s perfect for Students
Everything you need for grocery shopping - Lidl, Rewe, Netto, Dm, Rossmann, Bakery etc. are so to say located around the corner.
The same with Restaurants, Cafes and Bars.
The flat includes a bathroom, a small kitchen and a bright bedroom.
I will leave the bed (1,40 x 2,00m), the clothes rail, desk and the closets such as all the essential Items like pots, cutlery, etc. in the flat, so you can move in as easy as possible.
Even if this is not a luxury suite, the price and location are unbeatable
