My neighborhood ist just amazing. You seriously have everything around. You can choose between several bakeries, pharmacies, drugstores, grocery shopping, restaurants, sightseeing (University, Königsplatz, several museums like the Pinakotheken) and everything is in walking distance. The vibe is really cool and relaxed cause of the university just one street away and lot of young people and families. There is also the Schellingstraße near by where a lot of bars and cool places are. At day and night I'm sure you will find in this area a fun place that fits your needs.
Its 2 minutes away from the underground and two stations from the mainstation. However you have everything around in this beautiful neighbourhood.

As this is my home for already 10 years, it's fully furnished (there should be everything you need as towels, bedsheets, Cleaning stuff, Vaccum Cleaner) and is my sacred space and I would love to have someone live there conscious and respectful as it's just a sublease. I love plants and it would be amazing if you can take care of them during your stay (just water them once a week is enough). Feel free to contact if the appartment suits your needs.
