The apartment is app. 20,5 m2, has a private bathroom and a small kitchen. There is a laundry room in the basement for all residents which operates with 2€.
I would like the furniture (incl. mini oven, microwave, exercise bike etc.) to be taken over for a fee - but it’s not a must as I am still not sure what all I want to take with me. So everything is negotiable.

You can also lease the apartment directly for long term - if the administration allows it. That is up to you to discuss with them.
If you have been living in Munich you must know that the location is unbeatable. There is a waiting list of 1 yr+ to get a spot in this dorm. In <5 mins on foot you are at the Universität u-bahn station and in 3 mins at the English Garden! Summer days are perfect when you wan to quickly have a dip in the river ;)
Marienplatz is app. 15 mins on foot and 2 mins with the u-bahn.
The warm rent is €499,30, on top of which I pay the radio fees and some other misc. costs towards the charity which is mandatory for all residents. So total rent comes to €550.
