Schönes Wohnung in Olympiazentrum

Ich habe meine eigene Wohnung, die ich möchte mieten wie ich in Bewegung bin mit einem Freund von mir. Ich bin auf einem Vertrag mit einer Wohnungsgesellschaft bis Ende Oktober. Wenn Sie den Vertrag verlängern möchten, müssen Sie mit ihnen zu sprechen. Normalerweise ist es eine sehr glatte Prozess ist, habe ich es auf die gleiche Weise. Bitte beachten Sie aber, dass die Mindest-Mietdauer (ab November) 6 Monate ist.

Die Wohnung hat einen Teppichboden (Nützliche im Winter), Zentralheizung, mehrere Stühle, einen Schreibtisch und einen Tisch, ein viel Stauraum (viele Schränke). Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Olympiazentrum U-Bahnhof, Supermärkte (Tengelmann, netto), private Bäckereien (Open am Sonntag), mehrere Döner Orte, Friseur und die Post.

Alles, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zur Verfügung. Sie können auch meine Internet-und Wireless-LAN kostenlos für den ersten Monat. Dann müssen Sie Ihren eigenen Vertrag (Kosten ca. 20 Euro pro Monat) zu machen.

Hello Everyone,
I have my own apartment that I would like to rent as I am moving in with a friend of mine. I am on a contract with a housing company till end of October. If you like to extend the contract, you need to speak with them. Usually it is a very smooth process, I got it the same way.Please not though, that the minimum rental period (From November) is 6 months.

The apartment has a carpet flooring (Useful in winter), central heating, several chairs, a desk and a table, a lot of storage space (many cupboards). It is within walking distance from Olympiazentrum U-Bahnhof, supermarkets (Tengelmann, netto), private backeries (Open on Sundays), several döner places, barber shop and the post office.

Everything that you need for a comfortable stay is available. You may also use my internet and wireless LAN free of charge for the 1st month. Then you have to make your own contract (costs around 20 Euros per month).
