A really nice 1 room apartment in the neighbourhood of Schwabing West.
It has a big room where a double bed and big sofa can fit, a separate kitchen, a small storage room in the apartment, a storage room in the keller, a relative large corridor and a small nice balkony. The apartment is very bright with windows on both sides.
I am moving out on 1st of June but my contract runs until end of June. Therefore, i am looking for a tenant who is willing to agree with me on the following:
---moving in in 1st of June with a subcontract with me for June and potential update of the contract to full time from 1st of July depending on the decision of the owner
---The owner would not allow any contract take over that's why an unlimited contract is valid only from 1st of July. In order to send your application to the owner i would need to have from you a filled formula with your data plus the last 3 copies of your payslips. I will send the applications asap and have the decision within May.
--The tenant is willing to take over my furniture (double bed, sofa that becomes double bed, 2 wardrobes, washing machine, TV furniture/bookcase) for an amount of 800e (negotiable) in case he is granted the apartment from 1st of July
The apartment is located in the Aachener strasse, in Schwabing-West. Leopoldstrasse is just few blocks away.
The apartment is really well connected and the following means of transportation are available:
-U3 Bonnerplatz: 3min walking
-U2 Scheidplatz: 6min walking
-U2/U3 Mücnhener Freiheit: 12min walking
-Tram 27/28: 6min walking
-Bus 59: 10 min walking
As mentioned in the description the following requirements must be met from the tenant:
-- willing to subrent the apartment for June and potentially extend the contract to full time based on owners decision (hopefully this will be known in May already)
-- willing to take over my furniture for the agreed amount
-- netto income more than 2000e and a working contract outside the Probezeit
