The flat is for one person or maximun one couple suitable.

The appartment hat a good location. 2 min walking distance from Ubahn station in a quite neighborhood, with Edeka, DM and Lidl with 5 min walking distance. Moreover, with a many possibilities for promenades.

Wir suchen nach eine grössere Wohnung, mit ungefahr die folgenden Beschreibungen:
- über 60qm
- mit Balkon oder Garten wenn möglich
- Einbauch Küche
- min. 2 zimmer

Wir zahlen momentan nur 650 Euros warm für alles und wissen, dass der Preis sehr überschaubar ist. Also werden wir auch nur dann zuschlagen, wenn das Tauschangebot zu 100% passt.

Wir haben keine feste Auszugdatum, wir sind relativ flexibel, alle andere Information wird per privat geantwortet.

- minimun 2 rooms.

We are paying a rent of 650 Euros for all, and we know is a razonable preis. Thats why we are able to exchange if the offer fit 100% to our wishes.

We dont have any fixe dates for moving out, we are relative flexible, all extra information will be discuss in privat.
