I am looking for a new tenant for the apartment I am currently living in on behalf of the landlady.

The apartment is a beautiful 1.5 rooms apartment with many windows, equipped kitchen, bathtub and shower.
The neighborhood is very calm and quiet, Penny is 5 min walking distance, Ubahn U5 Laimer Platz at 3 min walking distance and Laimer Platz with pharmacy, Rewe, bakery, doctor and much more at 3 min walking distance.

The rent will be 700€ per month plus heating costs (c.a. 300-400€ per year). Internet is not included.

Not suitable for couples. Ladies are preferred by the landlady.
