The apartment is fully equipped and furnished.
It has a very big balcony, big private kitchen, private bathroom with a shower. The room is furnished with a wide bed, mattress, study table, wardrobe, dining table with two chairs, a drawer, and a sofa, which can be used for sleeping as well.
It is an apartment in the student dorm Unity-Alpha. It is very close to a bus station. Bus number 181 goes directly to Studentenstadt, and transportation to the city center is easily accessible. Additionally, the Freimann U6 station is a 13-minute walk from the apartment.
The end of the Englischer Garten is located very close to the apartment, offering opportunities for nice walking tours and enjoying the sun. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Beach volleyball and basketball courts are located in the backyard. There are also grilling areas and a party room in the building. The Isar River is a 20-minute walk away, where you can enjoy the hiking and biking trails in the area.
Aldi is a 5-minute walk away. Another Aldi and an Edeka can be found near the Alte Heide U6 station. Additionally, there is a Netto within a 10-minute walking distance.
I am paying 900 euros per month, so I want to sublet it for 595 for the full period of 22 days (2.09 - 22.09) or less if period is shorter. Price is negotiable. Also available for daily rent.
