Wohnungstausch auf Zeit / Temporary apartment swap

Hallo zusammen! Nachdem ich es nun schon zweimal erfolgreich betrieben habe (einmal Rom, einmal Guatemala), bin ich nun wieder auf der Suche nach jemandem, der Lust hat, mit mir auf Zeit die Wohnung zu tauschen. Im Angebot habe ich meine kleine, aber feine Münchner 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, voll eingerichtet, mit einem Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, voll ausgestatteter Küche, in schöner, zentraler und ruhiger Lage in Schwabing-West, mit U-Bahn, Tram und Bus quasi vor der Haustür. Tauschen würde ich diese Wohnung auf Zeit (über den genauen Zeitraum müsste man sich austauschen, da bin ich flexibel) mit jemandem, der für eine Zeit in München leben will oder "muss". Die Tauschwohnung kann im Prinzip irgendwo auf der Welt sein (besonders interessant fände ich im Moment Berlin, Südeuropa, Israel und generell jeden Ort am Meer, aber kein Muss), ich bin gespannt auf Vorschläge!

Hello all! After having done this successfully two times already (Rome & Guatemala) I am again looking for someone to swap my apartment with. My offer would be my small but pretty Munich apartment. It is fully furnished, has one bedroom, a bathroom with tub and washing machine, kitchen with all supplies and is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to the city center. Public transport (subway, bus, tram) is nearby (2 min). I would like to swap my apartment temporarily with someone who wants or has to stay in Munich for some time (I am flexible regarding the start and end of the time period). The exchange apartment could be anywhere (although I would be especially interested in Berlin, Southern Europe, Israel, and anywhere by the sea, but that's not a must) - I am excited to hear about what you have to offer!
