The Apartment is located in a modern building on the 2nd floor (w/ a lift) and overlooks the garden which is shared by residents (it has a little playground, benches and an area where you could work out).
The apartment itself is very modern w/ high quality interior, a spacious balcony, very large bathroom with a large bathtub and wide windows and a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, soda stream, cooking supplies, …).
In the Main Living area, there’s a corner where with a table and chairs, a desk with a large monitor in case you’d like to work in the apartment (+ super fast glass Fibre wifi) and a queen size bed + several wardrobes / cupboards and a sofa.
The balcony gets a lot of sun and overlooks the little plaza out front.
For extra coziness: There‘s underfloor heating everywhere in the apartment.
The building is within Domagkpark, a lively family friendly area with a great park around the corner (2 min walking distance).
In the Building, you’ll find an Aldi (grocery store) and you can ride the lift right in front of it.
Within 3 min walking distance, the tram 23 stops (Schwabing nord) and takes you to Münchner Freiheit in less than 10 minutes.
If you are a trustworthy and neat person and think you could feel at home in my apartment for a few weeks, then please send me a message with a couple of words about yourself and what brings you to Munich.
I rent out my apartment when I travel or go see family and friends and I’m a great fan of the sharing economy. This is why you’d pay exactly what I pay and I don’t make any profit from it. I know the rent isn’t super cheap, but I’m confident to say that the quality and way of living here is at superior standard.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Also: longer stays than indicated are not possible.
You can message me in German as well. :)
Best,
Lina
