I am looking to sublet my room (20sqm) very close to LMU/TUM (10min walking distance). Preferably LMU/TUM students. The room is furnished with a bed, a study desk, a new chair, a big cupboard and a sofa. I won’t fully empty the cupboard but will create enough space for you to use. I also have bluetooth speakers which you can feel free to use as long as you treat with care.
This is a 2-person WG, the owner of which is my flatmate. The apartment has a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is also a vertical washing machine.
The apartment is about 1.5min walk to U2 line and to 3 different buslines; there’s also a Netto/Edeka/REWE nearby. The neighbourhood is also pretty nice. Overall, if you are looking for a 1-month accommodation, this is a very special offer.
