1-Zi-Appartement nur 500 Meter bis Oktoberfest

Wenn Ihr, kein Problem habt, die 1 Zimmerwohnung zu Teilen, dann können Sie gerne auch in dem Apartment übernachten.
Die Wohnung hat ein Bad und ein relativ großes Wohn und Schlafzimmer.
Es haben schon 5 Personen dort ein Schlafplatz gefunden, sodass wenn Ihr Menschenlieb seit, dann passen wir auch. Besser wäre es für mich jedoch bis 2 Personen.
Pro Person 40 Euro.

Kurz zu mir. Bin 31 Jahre. Männlich. Sehr Relax. Reise viel. Momentan arbeite ich aber relativ viel, von 8 Uhr morgens bis 1:00 Uhr Nachts. Sodass die Wohnung ausschließlich nur zum schlafen brauche.

Schlafmöglichkeit:
Doppelbett 1,4x2m
Gästebett 0,8x2m
Schlafcouch 1,2x2m

Bad mit Badewanne. Keine Küche, nur Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Geschirr.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher kann ich organisieren.


Wichtig:
Wenn Ihr bei mir übernachtet, dann bitte keine großen Partys in der Wohnung (mit vielen Leuten) oder im Haus. Auch nicht total bes*fen nach Hause kommen ))
Ansonsten trinke ich gerne mit euch nen Bier und quatsche über die Welt, München und alles andere.

Frauen sind auch willkommen. Werde mich Gentlemenartig verhalten und das große Bett und das Gästebett Ihnen überlassen =) Schnarchen tue ich net, glaube ich =)

If you, have no problem staying 1 bedroom apartment with me, parts it, then you can sleep in the apartment, too.

The apartment has a bathroom and a relatively large living room and bedroom.
There have been 5 people there found a place to sleep, so if your man love for, then we are also attached. It would be better for me, however, up to 2 persons.
Per person 40 Euro.

Short to me. Am 31 years. Work as freelance designer. Male. Very relaxing. Travel a lot. Currently I am working but a relatively large amount, of 8am oclock in the morning to 1:00am clock at night. Keep the apartment only just need to sleep.

Sleeping accommodation:
Double bed 1,4x2m
guestbed 0,8x2m
Sofabed 1,2x2m

Bathroom with bathtub. No kitchen, only a fridge, kettle and crockery.
Bed linen and towels can I organize.


Important:
If you stay with me, then please no large parties in the apartment (with many people) or in the house. Nor fen total bes * get home))
Otherwise, I like to drink with you beer and talk over the world, Munich and everything else.

Women are also welcome. Get me behave as gentlemen and leave the big bed and the guest bed for you =) I am doing no snoring, I think =)
