Sublet of 3 or 6 months: 1 furnished room in an amazing 3 people-WG, 500 euros only. No Ameldung

Hello!
I am subletting my room for 3 months starting January with the possibility of extending to 6 months or even unlimited time with a proper contract with the landlord directly.
The reason is that I will work remote from Berlin for 3 months and decide later if I stay there.
So no Anmeldung possible for this sublet.

The room will be furnished: bed, bed sheets, desk, chair, computer screen, closet. Everything is staying :)

The shared appartment is truly great (more pictures by message). We are 60m to Heimeranplatz metro station and have shops (included an Edeka) right next to our building.
The WG is 100 m2 and has a living room separated from the kitchen, 2 toilets, and a rrally long balcony. Almost all the rooms have access to the balcony and this brings and a lot of light into the appartment.

You will leave with 3 other people who are 3 young workers:
Mathilde, French woman who is 29. She works in a Kindergarten and she loves cooking, dancing, and organizing dinners with the WG and with friends.
Simon is 32 and comes from Hamburg. He works for Biontech and he loves video games, electronic music and clubs.
Ricardo is 31 and comes from Colombia. He is a designer and he is not so often at home but when he is, he likes to grab a beer and connect with his roomies. He plays the guitare in a punk rock band and is à big fan of rock music in general.
The atmosphere in the wg is really chill, and we like to care about each other. We would like to have someone who also likes to live in WGs.
