I am renting out my 1-bedroom apartment temporarily for one month, between 2nd May - 3rd June. It is suitable for one person or a couple.

One month rent is 1,400EUR, all included. The deposit is for 1 month.

You will be living in a 50 sqm space in a tidy and beautiful apartment. In the sleeping area, there is a very comfortable, solid and huge sofa bed (1.8m*3m). There is also a adjustable working desk (60cm*120cm), so you could work/study while standing. There is also a TV.
Other than that, there is a separate kitchen, a separate toilet and separatete shower room.

The rented space is composed of
- One big and spacious bedroom/living room
- One well equipped kitchen, including a washine machine.
- One shower room
- One toilet room

All of the rooms have their own doors.

It is in an excellent location near the Westpark and subway!
- 10mins walk to Westpark
- 10 mins walk to metro line 6, directly to city center Marienplatz
- 3 mins to supermarket, pharmacies
- Multiple cafes and restaurants nearby
- Free parking area behind the building

I am only looking for a tenant, who is clean, quiet, cook light and maintain well the apartment.
