Die Wohnung befindet sich im fünften Stock eines Neubaus (Baujahr: 2017) und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon, eine Einbauküche und ein separates Badezimmer. Sie ist mit grundlegenden Möbeln wie Kleiderschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person geeignet, und eine Anmeldung (KVR-Anmeldung) ist möglich. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es Wasch- und Trockenmaschinen (nicht in den Mietkosten enthalten).

Lage

Die Anbindung ist sehr einfach, da sich die U-Bahn (U3 Brudermühlstraße) direkt neben dem Gebäude befindet. Der Marienplatz ist in 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn erreichbar. Andere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Buslinien sind 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung (1-2 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es viele Annehmlichkeiten wie Apotheke, Restaurants, Postamt und einen Markt (Edeka).

The apartment is located in the fifth floor of a new building (building year: 2017) and has its own balcony, built-in kitchen and separate bathroom. It has the basic furnitures such as wardrobe, bed, desk and chair. It is only suitable for 1 person and registration is possible (KVR - anmeldung). There are laundry /drying machines in the entrance floor (not included in the rental cost).

Location

The transportation is very easy with the ubahn (U3 Brudermühlstraße) right next to the building. Marienplatz is reachable in 10 minutes via ubahn. There are other public transport facilities available 1 min walk away - e.g. bus routes. In the surroundings 1-2 mins walk away, there are many availabilities such as: pharmacy, nice restaurants, post office, and market (Edeka).

The rent covers electricity, heating, water and internet.
