new room in a student house

The apartment is new (built for 3 years), and consists of a well lighted room. A kitchenette is inside the room (2 plaques, one microwave that also is an oven), and there is a spacious private bathroom. There are already all the furnitures you need (a big desk with chair, a big wardrobe and many cupboards). the room is painted in white and is sophisticated. The bathroom is big, with a huge mirror. I am also letting the furnitures I bought, for 100 euros: a black carpet, a "coffee table", a vacuum cleaner, a flatiron, a bathroom-bin, a lamp for the desk, a wood-shelf for the bathroom, a pan and 2 frying-pans, a mattress, and some other little things. There is an internet connection (with cable, I find it fast). There is a possibility for TV but I don't know how it works.
The apartment is located in a Student house, where only students are allowed to live! It's a big student house (around 400 rooms). There is a fitness-room in common, and wash-machines and dry-machines in common. There are also a big terrasse and a big garden and a living room in common, with possibility to make barbecues in the garden.
there are 2 elevators.
The contract is made for un undetermined period of time, it means that you can stay in the room how many years you want. But of course you can leave the room after one year.
You will have to pay a "provision" of about 1000 euros to the person that owns the room, and you don't get this money back.
Please note that ONLY STUDENTS AND PEOPLE DOING AN APPRENTICESHIP can get a contract for this room.
