The apart is about 35 smq is fully furnished and equipped (also TV, washing/dryer machine, new kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove and microwave) with a balcony. Parquet floor and floor heating everywhere. It is located on the 1st floor of a building from 2004.
Newly redecorated in modern style and comes with everything one needs to live (tableware, blankets, iron, vacuum cleaner, ......). 1st tenant after renovation
Monthly rent: 1100 eur all included also internet (only the TV tax to be paid by tenant).
No provision as we are the owner.2 months deposit.
We normally do short term (min 4 months stay). Non smokers, no pets allowed. Best with reference
