Detailed description of the flat:

Entering the flat you find yourself in a little hallway. On your left, there’s a spacious wardrobe with mirror sliding doors for coats, shoes and household items. There’s a magnetic pin board, a key holder, shoe mats and some additional hooks on the wall.
Opening the door in front, you step into the bathroom with white tiles. It offers a big mirror closet for toiletry, a sink closet with drawers for towels etc, a little first aid closet and a towel heater behind the door, and a big bathtub. There are additional hooks, porcelain toothbrush cups, make up containers, an assortment of big and small towels, scales, a white bath curtain, rugs and a waste bin.
From the hallway, you also enter the sitting room. The south balcony goes all along the side of the flat creating a friendly sunlit atmosphere. In front of you, there’s a big and cosy beige sofa with cushions and a set of three printed canvasses and a hard wood sofa table of Chinese origin.
Facing the sofa, a hard wood low board with drawers holds a Smart TV. The white chest of drawers next to the low board contains a set of modern stainless-steel cutlery and all the necessary table wear. There are frames to hold your personal photos and canvases featuring Banksy on the wall.
Next to the sofa, you find a tall floor lamp with adjustable lights, a serving cart (Bauhaus style), shelves with closets on the lower end and some vases, frames, games, books and useful items in them.
There are white blinds and curtains for the windows. The table for two next to the kitchen is sunlit throughout the day. On the window ledge, there’s space for porcelain vases, candle holders etc.

The kitchen can be closed and has a window. It offers a big fridge with freezer (A+++), an oven, a hob with hood, a microwave featuring a grill, and a washing machine (A+++). There are cupboards, shelves and hooks, magnetic boards etc. You are fully equipped to cook, to bake and to decently lay the table for guests.
