I would like to rent out my student domitory from 20/06/2018 to 30/09/2018. If you want to rent the room for long-term, you could also sign the contract with the company.
The room costs 680 eur warm, with everything (electricity, water, heat, internet) included. The single apartment is fully furnitured with a small kitchen, fridge, a private bathroom with shower, a single bed, a desk, a chair, several cupboards, etc. (see details in pictures)
In the same building downstairs there is a laundry room. You can easily wash or dry your clothes there. Next to laundry room, there is a small fitness studio, which can be used for free.
There are around 350 single/double apartments in this building. Most of them are students, mostly international.
The house is located decently, 5 min walk from S-bahn station Siemenswerke, 10 min walk from U-bahn station Obersendling. Within 20-30 min by public transportation, you can reach the city center.
Directly opposite to the domitory, you can find Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann, bakery and pharmacy.
A small public basketball court is next to the supermarkets. Also, about 10 min walk from the house is a FitStar.
Sadly, you cannot register at the address since the name on the post box cannot be changed. So, it's really only for short stays. Unless you want to take over the contract, that should be possible (if you are a student).
I'm subletting the room because I am moving to another flat with my partner. I really enjoyed living there, without that I would have continued without doubt.
