My apartment is considered a "Premium apartment," which costs EUR 912 all-inclusive (Wifi-Water-Electricity-Heating) and is fully furnished.
Description from the Nido website: "Premium Apartments are designed to give you plenty of extra living space. They are 24 square meters and come equipped with everything you need to have your privacy with a kitchenette (with oven) and ensuite. They also include a comfy bed (1.00m x 2.00m), a wardrobe, and a study desk & chair with plenty of storage. This room type is available to book as a student or young professional".
BONUS: free parking and free storage room, and 4 brand new common areas inside the building: gym, chill-out lounge, study/workroom, and movie and games room.
The building is located in Obersendling, a modern area with everything you need at walking distance: groceries (Edeka and Aldi), drugstore (Rossmann), bakery, gym (Elements), pharmacy, dentist, GP, all across the street.
Bus stop in front of the building, and the S7/S20 Siemenswerke stop is just a few minutes walk away. The U-Bahn (U3) is 5 minutes by bike, or 12 minutes walking.
There is a small park down the street.
I am subletting my apartment from July 1st to the end of September, but there is the option of extending the contract beyond September.
