Hi!
I am moving out from my apartment in Obersendling in a student residence, to live with some friends and I am looking for the next tenant, who could take my place.
The apartment is furnished, it has around 21 m2 with its own Bathroom and kitchen. You would have the good side of the building, you will receive a lot of sun :) this is really nice and the view from the 5th floor is worth it. You have a laundry room too.
The area is also really good, you will be 8min away from the U3 station Obersendling and like 2min to the S-Bahn S7 in Siemenswerke. You have gyms close to you such as Fit Star and Elements (though the building has its own small gym), Supermarkets are close as well (Edeka, Aldi and Rossman). The building is also really comfortable and you have a social area that you are allowed to use till 11 pm and for summer, there is a grill area in front of the building.
The parking is separate, you can have one place but I think you have to pay monthly for it. In case you need it, I'd be happy to get you the information.
You will also have your own storage room.
The process will be hand to hand with the property management (Hausverwaltung) of Campus Viva.
