Are you looking for a temporary stay during beautiful summer season of May-July?.

I am looking for a subtenant for 1.5 months or 6 weeks for a furnished studio apartment in an amazing location with a small kitchenette (no utensils) & giant window with blinds next to Olympiapark with pretty good facilities, which is approx 30 m2 (more or less).

Amentities within the apartment: High Speed Wifi, TV, Oven, Sonos Sound system in bedroom and bathroom, amazing sound proofing (really!!), 2 Tables, chair, sofa, bed, Separate Heating in Bathroom and Living Room

Amenities in the same tower: 24x7 concierge for any issues, washing machine (2€) and dryer (1.5€), fitness studio (free)

Amenities outside the tower: U3 U-Bahn (1 minute by Foot), DHL, UPS Access Point, Edeka, hair salon, eateries, dentist etc all at stone throw distance, Olympiapark the prettiest park in Munich with lake, meadows, breweries, swimming pool, hall with frequent concerts etc (Really Great for photography). Young international crowd.

Unfortunately Anmeldung & Access to the tiny store room outside the main apartment are not possible.

Rent: 775€ (1month) + 40€ for 1 time cleaning of the apartment (while moving out) + 20€ (Radio Tax) = 835€
Deposit: 775€
(The apartment will be cleaned before you move in)
Might reduce rent based on demand.

Liability insurance is mandatory for any damage to the property. It costs hardly 3€ approx a month from Getsafe.

City Center is 12 min by U3 which runs every 5 min during the peak hours and 10 min otherwise.

Schwabing is 5 min with the same UBahn.

Olympia Einkaufzentrum in just 2 stops & 3 minutes away with the UBahn, which pretty much has everything to shop from Saturn, Lidl, DM, Euro Shop, Decathlon, Aldi Süd, Galleria, etc etc, and a lot of eateries.
Penny is stop away in the other direction.

Ausstattung innerhalb der Wohnung: Highspeed-WLAN, TV, Ofen, Sonos-Soundsystem im Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer, erstaunliche Schallisolierung (wirklich!!), 2 Tische, Stuhl, Sofa, Bett, Separate Heizung in Bad und Wohnzimmer

Ausstattung im gleichen Turm: 24x7 Concierge für alle Anliegen, Waschmaschine (2€) und Trockner (1,5€), Fitnessstudio (gratis)

Einrichtungen außerhalb des Turms: U3 U-Bahn (1 Min. zu Fuß), DHL, UPS-Packetshop, Edeka, Friseursalon, Restaurants, Zahnarzt usw. alles in Steinwurfentfernung, Olympiapark, der schönste Park Münchens mit See, Wiesen, Brauereien, Schwimmbad, Saal mit häufigen Konzerten usw. (Wirklich großartig für Fotografie). Junges internationales Publikum.

Anmeldung & Zugang zum winzigen Abstellraum außerhalb der Wohnung sind leider nicht möglich.

Miete: 775€ (1 Monat) + 40€ für 1x Reinigung der Wohnung (bei Auszug) + 20€ (Radio Steuer) = 835
Kaution: 775€
(Die Wohnung wird vor Ihrem Einzug gereinigt)
Je nach Nachfrage kann die Miete gesenkt werden.

Für Schäden am Eigentum ist eine Haftpflichtversicherung obligatorisch. Es kostet kaum 3€ ca. im Monat von Getsafe.

Das Stadtzentrum ist 12 Minuten mit der U3 Bahn entfernt, die alle 5 während der Hauptverkehrszeiten fährt, andernfalls alle 10 Minuten.

Schwabing ist 5 min mit der gleichen Bahn.

Olympia Einkaufzentrum in nur 2 Stationen & 3 Minuten mit der UBahn entfernt, das so ziemlich alles zum Shoppen hat von Saturn, Lidl, DM, Euro Shop, Decathlon, Aldi Süd, Galleria, etc etc, und viele Restaurante.
Penny ist eine Haltestelle in der anderen Richtung.
