Cosy Studio at the Center

Hiiii alls lovely traveler,

I‘m willing to rent my lovely studio with a good price for you guys . It can be rent night by night or month by month, the price is permanent:
- 1 person a night: 30€
Minimum Stay: 2 night
Deposit: 30€ not inc. the price of key if you lost it.
- up to 3 person a night: 60€
- monthly: July: 750€
August: 820€
September: 900€
Completely 3 months from July to end of Septmber: 2390€

I think everyone know how Munich expensive is so i offer good price and hope you guys can keep some rules for me:
1 - Pls do not smoke in room.
2 - Pls take care of the apt as your own place, so pls wash your dish, throw your trash away, and clean the flat when you guys return it to me. So it have no extra cost to clean
3 - I don’t prepare any privat things like towel, shampoo... it have no extra cost about the service too. Just simple rent the flat that you guys have a cosy place to stay over. So please don’t write complain after rent that i didn’t prepare anything. Or the flat should have those things... Thank you for your understanding

The flats located near to Munich Ost Station, there have all necessary public transport etc. Ubahn, Sbahn, Bus. You can easily walk to the Station or take a Bus for 2 Stop.

From Munich Ost Station you can go to the Main Station or the heart of City in 5min. More then that it have Supermarkets open till 23pm, even Dm ☺️ no matter holiday. So it’s really top location that i can prefer 🥰

The flat have a tiny cosy balkon, there you are allow to smoke but pls keep it clean :)
