1 Room Apartment for Sublet at UniApart Neu-Ulm

Hi Everyone. I am looking for new tenant for my 1-room apartment with Balcony at UniApart Student Residence. The apartment is available for sublet from 3rd November, 2021 until 3rd February 2022. The Apartment is fully furnished.

The rent (warm) of the Apartment is 509 euro per month, which includes electricity, internet, water etc. Furthermore, you are also required to pay 800 euros as security deposit.

Requirement:

Unfortunately, the this apartment is not available to everyone. The apartments at UniApart are exclusive for students, interns, doctoral candidates, trainiees and apprentices. So in order to be eligible, you have to submit relevant proof e.g. A enrollment certificate, if you are a student. In addition to that, the UniApart also requires Liability insurance, so please also submit a proof of that.

Since, I have to submit required document to the UniApart administration, I would prefer to have all required documents and sign contract before handing over this apartment to you. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Facilities:

There is a lounge, a bar and a fitness center, which can be accessed freely. Washing and Dryers are located in the basement, which can be used with coins. There is also a parking space available in the basement with additional cost.
