This is a lovely Manhattan Studio.
The space has a very comfortable upholstered queen size bed.
Kitchen with utensils, pots, pans and everything you need. Regular size stove and oven plus microwave available. Small refrigerator.
Nice full bathroom with a very unique skylight! Bathtub and washer/dryer.
Towels and linens provided.
Tall windows looking at the avenue, plenty of light! New Friedrich AC unit and heater.
Internet wi-fi is included. 40" flat TV.
It is located in the Upper East Side area near 60th street on Lexington Avenue, close to Bloomingdales, major shops and transportation, walking distance to Central Park. Plenty of good restaurants on the block.
Very quiet and safe neighborhood.
This is a small pre war walk up building with only two other tenants. The studio is on the 4th floor. On call maintenance person available from 9-4. Camera intercom for additional safety.
Maximum two people. Staying at this Studio you will have a real New York experience.
Sorry no pets, no parties.

The bus runs down the street on Lexington avenue.
Plenty restaurants. Walking distance to shopping area with major stores. Few blocks to Madison avenue and Fifth avenue designer shops.
Three block to Central Park will take you straight to the zoo.
One subway stop to museums.
Wi fi is provided with a password.
Amazon TVfire stick with Netflix and access to pandora and youtube on TV
