Searching for a new tenant from 1. February 2019 (possibly even sooner, if landlord allows).

Deposit fee: 450 EUR.
Fee for taking over my furniture: 400 EUR.
Only for university students.

The flat has its own kitchenette and bathroom (in other words: no sharing).

• Kitchenette (includes: 3 hanging and 2 bottom elements, 1 small fridge, sink, and small stove with 2 electric hotplates)

• 2 large windows (for enough sunlight during the day; the window points in direction East, so enough sunlight in the morning)
• External window blinds (if you want complete darkness during sleep)
• Windows look to the yard inside, so there is no noise from streets.

There is also a common area with tables and chairs that can be used by all tenants on the floor. You can also safely deposit your bike in the basement. The basement also comes with 2 washing maschines and 1 dryer and you are allowed to use them. The building has secure entrance and during night you get total darkness and silence.
