As you can see, the flat is fully renovated and ready for your moving in! :)
The Kitchen and the Living Room is 1 big room, which makes the flat even nicer and more "penthouse" loft style. Furthermore the bathroom is nice and cozy. You do have a bathtube, which can be used in rainy days for relaxing or if you prefer just to shower it's possible as well.
The Kitchen is mostly equiped and is brand new. Everything works well and the dishwasher makes it easy to clean up after cooking :). The Living Room has a couch and a nice and small table, so its possible to sit there and study or breakfasting or anything else!
The cool thing is, you do have an extra room just for your clothing, storing stuff, etc... !
The Apartment is between Heidelberg and Mannheim and the public transportation is close by, which makes it very comfortable to enjoy all the good stuff from big citys and at the same time having a quite and cozy flat to come down and chill after a stressful day.
The bus station to Heidelberg is about 3 minutes by feet away and takes about 15 minutes to Heidelberg Main Station.
The train station to Mannheim or Karlsruhe is 5 - 6 minutes by feet and takes 20 minutes to Mannheim Main Station.
For buying groceries there is a PENNY Market about 3 minutes by feet and if this isn't enough, right in the center is a very big place with REWE, NETTO and Denn's Market.
The Landlord lives in this house as well and is there if you need something. They do have 3 dogs who are barking at some point, but in my opinion it's no problem, because you're leaving at the top.
WIFI is in the price included and it is possible to get online interviews.
