This serene and sunny oasis is situated on the 2nd (top) floor in the back building of a complex with a panoramic view of Mecsek Hill and the Cathedral. Street noise will never disturb you because all the windows look out onto lovely gardens with silent and peaceful atmosphere. The complex has two small communal gardens. The flat’s orientation is east-west, it is fully furnished and well equipped. Parking is possible in the street with a preferential vehicle pass.

The best shops, gyms, cafés, bars and restaurants are all one step away, plus all universities are easily accessible on foot, by bus or bike. The Faculty of Medicine can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The bus stop is a five-minute walk.
Rental fee is 300 EUR
+ utilities (around 18.000 HUF / month without internet . This is an average consumption fee, it is variable in each month and charged according to consumption)
+ common fee (10. 000 HUF – waste management included). Internet access is feasible on demand. Due to low power needs of the flat subsidized energy tariffs are applied in each season.
Minimum of a one-year lease, a two-month deposit and the first month rent are need.
