Subtenant wanted for 1-room apartment (THE TWENTY)

Hello all!

I am looking for a quiet subtenant who attaches great importance to cleanliness and order. The "The Twenty" apartment is fully furnished for 2 months. A takeover is possible. Anmeldung is also possible.

The apartment consists of one room, an open kitchen, and a bathroom.
Equipped with a pantry kitchen (including fridge, hotplates & microwave), ensuite bathroom with shower, and complete furniture with bed, wardrobe, shelf, desk & chair, this apartment is almost new and completely ready to move into.

- Park-like outdoor facilities
-Free access to washing machines for a fee
-Communal spaces and areas

Everything has already been paid for with the stated rent. Heating, water, and electricity as well as Internet & TV flat rate are included in the rental price. Since the additional costs are calculated as a lump sum, the final billing takes place after reading the meter readings. The sub-tenant bears the bill for the additional costs for the rental period.

Location
The apartment faces the south-west side of the building, allowing for a wide view of the lawn and sunsets instead of the street. It is on the 1st floor and not directly on the staircase, which guarantees complete peace and quiet.

The Golmist district to the west is also the location for the campus of the University of Potsdam, which can be reached on foot in 7 minutes.

You can walk to the nearby regional train station in about 15 minutes and to the next bus stop in 3 minutes. So you can be in Potsdam city center within 10 minutes by train or you can travel another 30 minutes to the capital Berlin without having to change trains. The other campuses of the University of Potsdam are also in the immediate vicinity, only 15 minutes by bus to the Neues Palais or by train to the Griebnitzsee campus in the same time.

For shopping for daily needs, a REWE is within walking distance in 5 minutes.

Miscellaneous
The apartment is preferably sublet to students/trainees. The rental period is limited and is 2 months, but can be longer if required. The rental agreement cannot be terminated during this period.
