I am subletting my 1-Room-Apartment in the dormatories of the University of Potsdam for 6 months since I am taking a semester abroad.
It is a lovely little apartment with big windows and good connections to the University Campus. You will have your own kitchen and bathroom which both are clean and in good shape. The furniture is provided by the university and can not be moved out of the apartment. It contains:
- one bed
- one chair
- one small bedside table
- one big cupboard
- one wardrobe
- one desk
Furthermore, there is some of my own furniture that can also be used if wanted. Otherwise I'll move it out before you are moving in. Just contact me and I will provide further inforamtion about it :)
The local internet is working and can be used for 5€/month.
The rent of 290€/month includes everything, there are no extra costs for electricity or water you'll have to pay.
You'll have to pay a deposit of 300€ that I will pay you back when you're moving out again.
You will live in the Inner City of Potsdam. A bus stop which will take you to the Potsdam main station within 5 minutes is placed directly at the front door of the building. You can also reach the main station by foot in 15 minutes.
The Brandenburger Straße with it's big pedestrian zone or the Dutch quarter can be reached by foot in 10 minutes.
From your flat, you can reach the campus at Neues Palais and the Fachhochschule Potsdam with public transport within 20-25 minutes. There are several nextbike stations near the building. A ride by bike to the campus will take you 15-20 minutes.
Golm and Griebnitzsee can be easily reached from the main station.
The "Markt Center" is a 3-minute-foot walk away. You can find a supermarket, a drug store, a pharmacy and a gym there.
Please be aware that you have to be a student at the University of Potsdam to be able to rent the apartment. I am not allowed to sublet the flat to anyone who is not registered as a student there!
