Ich vermiete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete von 05.05.2022 bis 30.September 2022. Da mein Mietvertrag bis zum 01.10.2022 geht und ich im Mai schon umziehe, werde ich mein Zimmer bis dahin untervermieten. Die Wohnung hat 22,92 m2 und ist möbliert. Die Miete von 565 € versteht sich pro Monat und ist inklusive aller Kosten (Strom, Gas, Internet). Die Wohnung ist ein einzelner Hauptraum mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Esstisch, zwei Stühle und ein großer Kleiderschrank. Es hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Herd mit zwei Brennern, gutes WLAN und ein kleines Balkon. Im Gebäude befinden sich drei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner sowie ein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.

Kaution: 700.-Euro.

I am renting out my apartment for intermediate rent from the 5th of May 2022 until the end of September 2022. Since my rental contract runs until October 1st, 2022 and I am already moving in May, I will be subletting my room until then. The apartment has 22,92 m2 and is furnished. The rent is 565 € per month and includes all costs (electricity, gas, internet). The apartment is a single main room with a bed, desk, dining table, two chairs, and a large wardrobe. It has a small fridge, two-burner stove, good wifi, and a small balcony. There are three washing machines and two dryers in the building and a space to park the bicycles for common use.

Deposit: 700.-Euro.
