The studio apartment is about 100 m far from stop Cornelia of the metro line “A”, which allows a very quick connection to “La Sapienza” University and the Rome centre. “Tor Vergata” University is at the opposite end of this line. The “Sacro Cuore” Catholic University and the European University of Rome also can be reached quickly with buses stopping nearby. The German Historic Institute (Deutsches Historisches Institut) and the German School (Deutsche Schule) in Rome are located at a walking distance from the apartment. The surroundings offer a public park, laundry services, an open-air fresh-food market and supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias and fast food. Several bus lines assure good connections with the whole city and Ciampino (in 70 min) and Fiumicino (in 45 min) airports; a taxi station is also available.

No smoking nor pets are permitted in the apartment. Utility and other costs are all inclusive (building costs, gas, water, power, internet consumption and maintenance). Parking (if requested): 30 euro/month. A 30 Euro final cleaning fee is applied at the end of the stay.
