Hello,
I am subleasing my studio apartment while I go to the U.S. for 3 months. The exact dates of move-in and -out are somewhat flexible. The security deposit of 150 euros should be transfered upon signing the contract, and will be refunded as part of the last month's rent.
The apartment is on the first floor. It is spacious and very well lit, with large windows as well as a large balcony. It is completely furnished, and I will leave my telephone and internet connection available for your use. Washing machine is also available for use.
The building is modern and clean, with excellent sound insulation.
The cellar will unfortunately not be available for use, and so I am lowering the price of rent that I normally pay.
The rent price is all inclusive; no need to pay an extra phone/internet bill.

Location is very quiet, and within 15 minutes walk from the University of Hohenheim campus as well as the U-Bahn station Plieningen. The bus station Plieningen Post is within 5 minutes walk. There is a Netto and Schlecker right around the corner.
