I will be leaving my apartment in Tubingen, more specifically at WHO Pappelweg. 39 square metres + parking spot. 595 euro per month + electricity (24 euro) internet (20 euro) and the German tax for tv (18 euro).
I am subletint the parking spot currently for 20 euro. You can do the same.
The apartment is connected with the city centre by buses 2, 3, 4, 5.
The preference will be given to people who are keen to buy my furniture (bed, mattress, sofa, tables, library, washroom furniture, chairs, mirror, shelves etc - total 1000 euro). The visiting is possible in July. The apartment is free from September-October.
