Die Wohnung findet sich in Unterhaching, 2 Min zum Fuss von der Bus Linie 217/221, und 10 Min weg von der S-Bahn S3 Haltestelle „Unterhaching“. Mit dem S-Bahn bist du am Marienplatz von Tür zur Tür in 30 Minuten.
Mit der Auto ist man in 10/15 Min in München, da die Wohnung findet sich neben die A8!
Einkaufmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe: Aldi ist fussläufig in 2 Min, Penny / Sparkasse / Rossmann / Tengelmann direkt neben die S-Bahn Haltestelle.


The flat is located in Unterhaching, 2 minutes away from the Bus line 217/221, and 10 minutes away from the S-Bahn station „Unterhaching“ on the line S3. With the S-Bahn, it takes about 30 minutes door-to-door to go to Marienplatz.
Because the flat is also not far away from the A8, it takes about 10/15 minutes on car to reach the center of Munich!
Grocery stores are directly in the neighborhood: Aldi hypermarket is 2 minutes away on foot. Penny, Sparkasse, Rossmann, Tengelmann and other stores are located directly next to the S-Bahn station.

Da ich nicht alle meine Möbeln in meiner neue Wohnung brauche, möchte ich ein paar von den verkaufen:
-das große Kleiderschrank,
-das doppelte Bett mit neuen Matratze (gekauft 5. März 2017)
-die Spülmaschine
-die Balkon Möbeln (2 Stühlen + Tisch)
-der Abstellkammer Spiegel
Insgesamt möchte ich die Möbeln für 450€ hergeben.

Because I will not take all my furniture to my new place, I would like to sell a few:
-the big closet
-the double bed with a new mattress bought in March 2017
-the dishwasher
-the balcony furniture (2chairs and a table)
-the mirror in the closet
