Da ich von meinem Studentenheim ausziehen will, suche ich nach einem Nachfolger. Das Zimmer ist ab 15 Juni 2018 bis mindestens 31. Oktober 2018 zu vergeben, aber wenn gewünscht, kann man den Vertrag verlängern.

Das Zimmer befindet sich im 11.Bezirk Wiens in dem Studentenheim base 11. Es ist ein vollmöbliertes, 22m2 Einzelzimmer und besteht aus einer mini Küche mit Kühlschrank, eigenem Bad mit Dusche und WC, Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regal. Es gibt noch ein großes Fenster mit schönem Ausblick auf die Gasometer. In dem Studentenheim gibt es 12 Gemeinschaftsräume zum gemütlichen Beisammensein (Lounge, Atrium-Waschküche, Dachterrasse, Performance-Hall, Galerie, Communication-Base, uvm.), sicherer Fahrradabstellplatz, Gemeinschaftsküchen und Partyraum.

Die base 11 liegt direkt an der U3 - Station Gasometer - in nur 10 Minuten erreichst du das Stadtzentrum. Alle Universitäten sind in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Neben dem Gebäude (2 Minuten zu Fuß) sind die vier Türme der Wiener Gasometer, wo man Spar, dm, FitInn Fitnessstudio, Music City: Größtes Musikfachgeschäft Österreichs und einen Vielfalt von Geschäften, sowie die Bank Austria Halle (Konzertbühne).



Miete: 495 Euro (Alles inklusiv, Strom, Wasser usw. Für Internetnutzung bekommt man ein Kabel oder kauft man ein Router)
Kaution: 750 Euro (Beim Ausziehen bekommt man die Kaution zurück)
Einmalige Vertragsgebühr: 150 Euro

As I will be moving out of my dormitory, I'm looking for a student to take over my room. The room is available from 15. June 2018 until the 31. of October 2018(minimum), if you want to, you can extend the contract.

The dormitory is in the 11th district of Vienna in the student dorm called base 11. It is a fully-furnished, 22m2 apartment for one person and consists of a mini kitchen with fridge, private bathroom with shower and WC, bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves for books etc. There is also a big window with a view. You can also find a lot of common areas (lounge, atrium laundry room, roof terrace, performance hall, gallery, the communication–base and many more), secure bicycle parking, shared kitchens and a party room.

Base 11 is situated right next to U3 (Gasometer) - just 10 minutes away from the city center. All universities can be reached within 20 minutes. Next to the building (2 minutes walk) are the four towers of the Vienna Gasometer, where you can find Spar (Supermarket), dm, a fitness studio, Music City: the biggest music store in Austria and in general a big variety of shops, as well as the Bank Austria Halle, where concerts take place.

Rent: 495 Euro (All inclusive, electricity, water, etc. For internet you can get a cable from the office or a router from Saturn/ Mediamarkt)
Deposit: 750 Euro (By moving out you get the money back)
(For once only) Processing & contract fee: 150 Euro
