Zentral gelegen im 9. Bezirk, nahe am 1. Bezirk. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss und sehr hell. Die Fenster gehen in Richtung Innenhof, somit ist die Wohnung auch recht ruhig.
Zur Küchennische gehört u.a. ein Reiskocher, eine Geschirrspülmaschine, die zwar sehr laut ist, aber funktioniert, ein Eierkocher, Kühlschrank, Ofen usw.
Ich werde die meisten meiner privaten Gegenstände aus der Wohnung rausbringen. Die Möbel, Geschirr, nach Absprache evtl. auch Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. werden in der Wohnung bleiben und können benutzt werden.
Im Badezimmer ist eine kleine Waschmaschine, die aktuell kaputt ist, ansonsten aber benutzt werden könnte. Es befindet sich aber in der Nähe ein Waschsalon.

Centrally located in the 9th district, close to the 1st district. The flat is on the top floor and very bright. The windows face the inner courtyard, so the flat is also quiet.
The kitchenette includes a rice cooker, a dishwasher, which is very noisy but works, an egg cooker, fridge, oven, etc.
I will move most of my personal belongings out of the flat. The furniture, crockery, by arrangement towels, bed linen etc. will stay in the flat and can be used.
There is a small washing machine in the bathroom, which is currently broken, but could otherwise be used. However, there is a laundromat nearby.
