It takes 15 minute to wakl to the Central railway station and 20 minute to the downtown, 5 minute (500 meter) to the swimming pool. The bus stop is near the house as well (50 meter).
There is bicycle parking directly in front of the house and and in the basement there are garage (for autos and bicycles) and washing machines.
