Biete meine schöne voll möblierte Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten, wie GEZ, Strom, Internet, Möbel, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler.

Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer, separates Schlafzimmer, eigene Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist komplett ausgestattet, auch mit Bügeleisen, Besteck und vielem mehr. Die Wohnung hat viel Tageslicht und ist direkt in einem Park gelegen mit viel Grün. Außerdem ist es dort angenehm ruhig.

Die Wohnung vermiete ich ab dem 01.08. zur Zwischenmiete bis 31.12.25. Die Vermietung erfolgt nur an eine Einzelperson.

Es stehen, wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, die gesamten Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich gibt es auch einen Abstellbereich in der Wohnung und ein Abstellraum für Dein Fahrrad im Keller.

Die Bushaltestelle ist drei Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt mit dem Bus einen Anschluss an die S-Bahn in Rödelheim und eine U-Bahnverbindung in Hausen. Beides innerhalb von 7 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar.
