I am renting my appartement for two Months, starting the 1st of March to end of April!
It is extremely well located as it is on the Museumsinsel (= museum island), so, close to every part of Berlin and the Spree, Berlin’s river. It is also very well connected, as the metro line U2 is right at the exit of the building.
It is also at a 2min walk from a Edeka, a big supermarket.
The flat is very recent, is on the fourth floor, and has an amazing view. If there is sun, it will shine in the room all day :).
All the utilities will be in the apartment like plates, cups, cutlery, cutting board, electronic mixer, boiler…
There is a TV and a printer.
There is a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine.
You will NOT have to pay for wifi, warm water and electricity.

Ich miete meine Wohnung für zwei Monat, von Mars bis end April!

Es ist sehr gut gelegen, da es auf der Museumsinsel liegt, also in der Nähe jedes Teils von Berlin und der Spree, dem Berliner Fluss. Es ist auch sehr gut verbunden, da die U-Bahn-Linie U2 direkt am Ausgang des Gebäudes liegt.

Es ist auch 2 Minuten zu Fuß von einem Edeka, einem großen Supermarkt, entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr neu, befindet sich im vierten Stock und hat eine erstaunliche Aussicht. Wenn es Sonne gibt, wird sie den ganzen Tag im Raum scheinen :).

Alle Nebenkosten werden in der Wohnung sein, wie Teller, Tassen, Besteck, Schneidebrett, elektronischer Mixer, Kessel...

Es gibt einen Fernseher und einen Drucker.

Es gibt einen Staubsauger und eine Waschmaschine.

Sie müssen NICHT für WLAN, warmes Wasser und Strom bezahlen.
