The apartment is ready and you have just to unpack your suitcase.
The apartment has 2 furnished rooms and a very big kitchen that has a little sofa that can be converted to a bed. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, tea and coffee machines and all the cutlery and equipment one might need. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, a 42'' TV as well as a curved monitor that is ideal for home office setup, the other bedroom has also a double bed and a desk. The bathroom has a standing shower. There is also a washing machine that belongs only to you which is located in the basement of the building. All the costs are included in the rent (electricity, water, heating, ...).
The apartment is in quiet neighborhood. The location is very central, 7 min walking distance to Sbahn Harburg Rathaus station. Haupthbahnhof is 17 minutes Sbahn ride with S3 or S3. Several bus lines also run nearby the house. There's an Edeka behind the street in 1 minute walking distance, as well as Aldi, Lidl, Penny and all necessary shops within 10 minutes walking distance. There's a vast amount of restaurants in the area as well.
I am the subtenant and the main tenant will be renting the apartment with a Untermietvertrag to the next tenant(only one person). his preference will be a person with a steady income so we could eventually transfer the usual contract to the next tenant, but that should be discussed with the landlord as well.
