Calm haven in Neukölln

This flat is a calm haven in the middle of the city. It is quiet – not only the street I live in but also inside the apartment. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to help you rest and return to yourself. I take great care of this home, and I believe the person who stays here should feel the same.

The flat is available for the coming three months – at least until September 22nd.

It’s just 5 minutes away from Lidl, the Neukölln Arcaden (including BioDenns, Kaufland, dm, etc.), and the Rathaus Neukölln station. It’s also just a 7-minute walk to Hermannplatz or Boddinstraße. The Reuterkiez is vibrant, full of warm, beautiful cafés, restaurants, and interesting exhibitions nearby.

The flat is on the first floor – which keeps it wonderfully fresh in summer, while still letting in plenty of natural light through the kitchen and the central room.

Diese Wohnung ist ein ruhiger Zufluchtsort inmitten der Stadt. Es ist still – nicht nur in der Straße, in der ich lebe, sondern auch in der Wohnung selbst. Jedes Detail ist darauf ausgerichtet, zur Ruhe zu kommen und ganz bei sich selbst anzukommen. Ich pflege dieses Zuhause mit großer Sorgfalt, und wünsche mir, dass auch die Person, die hier für einige Zeit wohnen wird, dieselbe Achtsamkeit empfindet.

Die Wohnung ist für die kommenden drei Monate verfügbar – mindestens bis zum 22. September.

Nur 5 Minuten entfernt befinden sich Lidl, die Neukölln Arcaden (mit BioDenns, Kaufland, dm etc.) sowie die U-Bahnstation Rathaus Neukölln. In etwa 7 Gehminuten erreicht man Hermannplatz oder Boddinstraße. Der Reuterkiez ist lebendig, mit vielen warmen, schönen Cafés, Restaurants und spannenden Ausstellungen in der Umgebung.

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock – im Sommer ist sie dadurch wunderbar frisch, dennoch fällt durch die Küche und den zentralen Raum stets natürliches Licht ein.
