In this area you have absolutely no tourists, you could imagine it a bit like old Brooklyn or greenpoint in New York. Mostly handcrafts, artist and Studios. Aswell you will find super cool Restaurants, Clubs, Bars.
Its great to work here, since everyone around you is working and its super calm. As well amazing to realax and be lazy since the beach is so close by and you have a huge roof to hang out in the sun.
