The flat is located on a quiet street in a residential area so there's not much traffic outside except for the residents' vehicles (or delivery), and it's quiet on the street side as well.

Facilities: Fully furnished with double bed, sofa, dining table, work desk, chairs, cooking utensils, dish washer, oven, washing machine, fast and reliable wifi (Vodafone 50 MBit/s)

Location: Conveniently located close to Frankfurter Allee station with plenty of supermarket, restaurants, and bars nearby (ca.20 min walk to Boxhagenerplatz). There is a huge park with work out area, basket court, pound, and BBQ area right around the corner.

Public Transportation: 7 min walk to U5 & S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee

NO SMOKING and NO PARTY in flat - quiet hour (after 22:00) must be respected.
