Das Zimmer hat eine tolle Lage - wenige Gehminuten zu den Hauptgebäuden der RWTH - C.A.R.L., Audimax etc. Netto und Rewe sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist voll von Cafés, Restaurants und Fast-Food-Restaurants in der Nähe.
The room is in a great location - a few minutes' walk to the main buildings of the RWTH - C.A.R.L., Audimax etc. Netto and Rewe are a 10-minute walk away. It's full of cafes, restaurants and fast food outlets nearby.
In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten: Heizung, Warm- und Kaltwasser, Strom und Internet (mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 100 MB/s). Ich vermiete das Zimmer mit neuer Ausstattung - alles wurde bei IKEA gekauft und wird für 600 Euro vermietet. Hier ist eine kurze Liste der Möbel:
