I am going away for a semester(six months) and subletting my studio apartment starting from 1st April to 30th September with possible extension.

The room is fully furnished and equipped with a queen size bed, a desk and a chair, two small cabinets and a coffee table. It also includes private bathroom, toilet and personal kitchen with a fridge. There is also a personal oven and rice cooker at the apartment for you.

The flat is located at Pontstraße, a vibrant and lively street near Rathaus and at walking distance to places like RWTH Super C, Aachener Dom and city center. REWE is 1min away by foot and both Aldi and Netto are also about 7mins walking distance.

Apartment is located right at the city centre and easily assessible to several amenities and the university. REWE is about 1 min away from the apartment. Netto and Aldi are also nearby and able to reach by 7mins walk. Bushof and other bus-stops are only a few minutes away .

Please take note that apartment does not come with washing machine and wifi. But there is a laundary shop near the apartment and it is about 10mins distance by foot.
